We manage sales processes

A dedicated Sales Operation Team (SOP) secures proper recording of all customer and order data, coordinates the flow of goods, especially the assembling of displays and tailormade selling units. Furthermore SOP manages all promotion activities (leaflets, POS activation).

SOP is central service point for customer requests, coordination center for fieldwork and backup organization for the Key Account Management.

Strong Team

With Key Account Management, Customer Development and a strong Field Force a professional and fully dedicated team works out the best way to approach our shoppers at the POS. Together with our trade partners we align the communication and promotion activities in the markets.

Category Management

Being Market Leader in several categories we make it our job to develop categories and manage sustainable growth. Our customer development team provides expertise and full insight in internal and external market data to identify and exploit growth potential.

Digital

We are digitally connected with our trade and brand partners. Our Field Force uses a specially for Maresi developed CRM Program, which enables the team to properly record all activities and forward orders directly to the Customer Service department.
